Job Title: Home-Based Scheduling Assistant
Location: Remote  

Key Responsibilities: 
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.  
- Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests.  
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries.  
- Coordinate scheduling for travel consultations and manage the calendar for the agency.  
- Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts.  
- Support the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases.  
- Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients’ needs.  
- Work closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry preferred.  
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.  
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software is a plus. 
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.  
- A passion for travel and helping others plan their perfect getaway.
